What are the terms of CSI Saddlepad's money back guarantee?

It's nearing the end of my 30 day period and I haven't had a chance to really use the pad, what can I do?

What are the terms of CSI Saddlepad's money back guarantee?

 

CSI's 30 day money back ride it and try it guarantee is a go get it dirty, ride it like you own and return it no matter what the reason within 30 day guarantee. We want you to actually USE the pad because that's the only way you're going to know if you like it or not. If you decided to return the pad, you will be refunded the price of the pad (you will lose your shipping). You will be asked to provide a reason as to why you are returning the pad, but this is only so we can determine how to improve our product in the future.

It's nearing the end of my 30 day period and I haven't had a chance to really use the pad, what can I do?

Just call our office and ask for an extension. 816.773.6215. It's not a problem.

Does the CSI Pad have a warranty past the 30 day money back guarantee?

The Flex-Plate and workmanship are guaranteed for five years. During this time, we will repair or replace your pad for free if you either break the Flex-Plate (during equine use!) or if the pad comes unstitched due to manufacturer defect.

I think I got the wrong size pad (or liner), can I exchange it?

Yes, as long as it is within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange your pad for a $15 restocking fee. It doesn't matter if it has been used. Download our Return Form and fill it out. It has detailed instructions on how and where to return the pad. In the Reason/Notes section, be sure to include the information on the pad you want to exchanged for the returned pad. If you'd like to talk to someone before returning your pad, or get more information on exchanging the pad, you can call us at 816.773.6215.

I want to return my pad, how do I do this?

Download our Return Form and fill it out. It has detailed instructions on how and where to return the pad. Just a tip: if you're in the contential US, UPS will be less expensive than the US Postal service for return shipping. If you have any qustions, feel free to call us 816.773.6215. Pleaes allow 2 to 4 weeks for your refund to be processed.

My pad is coming unstitched, what can I do?

Download our Repair Form and then arrange to ship your pad back to us at: CSI Saddlepads, 100 Old 7 Highway, Suite 4, Garden City, MO 64747 (or PO Box 73 if you're using the USPS). Repairs are usually made with in a day or two of receipt and the pad will be shipped back to you UPS as soon as it is repaired.

I think I broke my Flex-Plate, how can I tell?

Breaking a Flex-Plate is truly a rare occurance — we have experienced fewer than 5 out of all the pads we've made. Squeaking may occur as your Flex-Plate ages — this does not mean it's broken. The pad will also become more and more flexible as it becomes broken in — again this does not mean the plate is broken. If you still think your Flex-Plate is broken, call us at 816.773.6215 and we'll help you determine if it truly is broken and help you get it fixed.
